In addition to specialising in various minimally invasive bariatric procedures, such as the Sleeve Gastrectomy, various Gastric Bypass procedures, including the Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, SIPS (SADI-S) surgery, and revisional bariatric surgical operations, Dr. Rao also performs Abdominoplasty and Brachioplasty for his weight loss patients.

Ravi was mentored by the renowned Dr. Titus Duncan, MD, FACS in minimally invasive general and weight loss surgery. His bariatric scope of practice includes laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and various types of gastric bypass and revision surgeries. He has pioneered the SIPS (SADI-S) procedure in WA and so far his patients have had good and safe results.
